What changed: the moments of the window, newest first (the Home feed)

One page of the tenant's recent moments, newest first, composed from the rows that record them: account_identified (an identified account first seen), person_named (a new person, one line per person), page_visited (page views collapsed to one line per person, or per account when nobody is named, per page per clock hour), icp_crossed (a Fit score rising over the ICP threshold from under it), play_fired, message_delivered and alert_posted (a chat output). Ignored accounts and people are left out. since defaults to 24 hours ago and is clamped to 7 days back; limit defaults to 20, at most 100; cursor is the previous page's nextCursor, absent on the last page. A page may hold fewer than limit items and still carry a cursor. The kind reengaged (came back after quiet days) is reserved and not served yet; clients should skip kinds they do not know.
