Connectors
A connector links Bryn to a tool your team already uses. Every connector works in one or more of three modes, in the order data moves through Bryn:
- Input: the tool sends events into Bryn. Bryn turns them into signals and stitches them to the same accounts and people the pixel sees.
- Enrichment: Bryn looks accounts and people up in the tool to fill in what it knows about them. Enrichment feeds scoring and gives Plays more to work with. It never delivers anything.
- Output: a Play delivers to the tool: an alert in a chat channel, a contact in a CRM, a person enrolled in a sequence, a ticket, an email, or a webhook call.
You connect each one under Integrations in the Bryn dashboard. Each connector's page covers what Bryn does with it in every mode it supports, how to connect it, and where to find the vendor's own documentation.
