Accounts heating up: came back, score rose, or new (the Home panel)

The identified, non-ignored accounts with activity in the reach (an Event since now - reach hours, the Accounts list's activeSince test) that pass at least one of these, checked in this order for reason:

  1. reengaged: the account's latest Event before the reach is at least quietDays days older than its first Event in the reach. When none of its earlier Events is retained, the time it was first seen stands in for the latest one.
  2. moved: a score rose by at least minMove points between the last score written before the reach and the latest written inside it. The axis with the largest rise is reported (fit, intent or timing), and the composite only when no axis rose enough. An unknown score is not a number to rise from.
  3. new: the account was first seen inside the reach.

Ranked re-engaged first (longest quiet gap first), then moved (largest rise first), then new (most recently first seen first). Ties break by composite. movement and reengaged are present whenever their own test passed, whatever the reason. At most 200 active accounts, the highest composites, are considered per read.
